Full-range Service: from exploring design concepts through successful completion of
construction.
Jump-Start Service: one or more client meetings to explore design options; identify issues;
recommend professional resources; and outline an initial game plan. This Consultative Service may
be a good option
if you want to:
- benefit from design services while refraining from incurring full-service costs or hiring a builder prematurely
- explore design possibilities you may not have already considered
- clarify where to best focus your project dollars
- understand important issues impacting your project and avoid mistakes down the road
- be directed to reputable professional resources such as surveyors, structural engineers, builders, design/builders
- have a Game Plan - to know where to start, and to get pointed in the right direction
